Introduction: 1. The waterproof casing that passes through the basement or the outer wall of underground building should be used. Generally, rigid waterproof casing can be used, and flexible waterproof sleeve shall be used at places with strict waterproof regulations or vibration. Rigid and flexible waterproof casing shall be in accordance with underground waterproof engineering and standard drawings

2. For the waterproof casing passing through the partition wall and concrete floor, the general waterproof casing (i.e. iron sheet waterproof sleeve and steel pipe waterproof sleeve) is generally used. If there is no design requirement, seamless steel pipe waterproof sleeve should be preferred for the places passing through the foundation, dining room, kitchen and toilet.
3. The manufacturing of general waterproof casing shall meet the following requirements:
(1) the position, coordinate, elevation and size of the embedded hole shall be checked according to the requirements of the construction drawings before the waterproof casing is manufactured;
(2) the function of the waterproof casing is to facilitate the maintenance, replacement and free expansion of the pipeline. It is stipulated that the pipe diameter of the waterproof casing should be 1-2 larger than the diameter of the pipe;
(3) the calculation method and size requirements of waterproof casing length: the length of through wall waterproof casing = wall thickness + wall double-sided plastering thickness;
(4) the length of waterproof sleeve = floor thickness x thickness of bottom putty + thickness of pavement putty + 20mm (30mm for toilet);
(5) the skin waterproof casing shall be produced in order, and the bite joint shall be adopted (it is forbidden to use the non biting joint, which shall be tied on the surface of the pipe), and the diameter shall be the same as that mentioned above. Otherwise, it will lose the function of waterproof casing, which will make it difficult to pull out when repairing and changing the pipe. Moreover, due to the temperature effect, the free expansion and contraction will be limited, resulting in additional stress on the pipe, and even crack the wall plastering layer.
(6) both sides of the pipe shall be flush and tidy, and rust removal and anti-corrosion coating shall be applied inside and outside the pipe.
4. Waterproof casing installation and product quality requirements:
(1) the pipe installation shall be separately inserted into the pipe, riser and riser, and placed in a specific position. The waterproof casing passing through the concrete floor shall be temporarily fixed with building steel bar or iron wire. After the installation of the pipe and riser reaches the standard, the waterproof sleeve shall be fixed and sealed according to the position and space;
(2) when installing the waterproof sleeve, the gap between the waterproof sleeve and the threading pipe should be filled and sealed with oil hemp or waterproof grease; the through wall waterproof sleeve can be filled with asbestos rope and felt strip;
(3) the top of the waterproof sleeve shall be no less than 20 mm higher than the road surface; the bottom shall be flush with the lower plane of the ceiling; both sides of the waterproof sleeve passing through the wall shall be flush with the facing; both sides of the basic waterproof sleeve shall be extended to the wall for about 30mm, and the upper part of the pipe top shall be reserved with clearance margin;
