4. For unqualified raw materials such as shrinkage porosity, serious impurity, uneven wall thickness and obvious scratch, it is forbidden to invest in welding.
5. The actual production workshop should be kept clean. In the gas, it is not allowed to shake the dust of large particles, so 60 ~ 77% of the dust-proof soil participates in the metallurgical reaction in the welding process.
6. Sleeve compensator is strictly cleaned before welding. Water in residual cleaning medium and moisture in air are not allowed in welding parts of workpiece, so as to prevent o molecular structure in water from penetrating into welding metal materials.
7. The operator's labor protection equipment shall be complete. Dirty gloves, oil stain, pure cotton yarn, etc. shall not touch the welding parts of steel parts.
The heat insulation structure of sleeve compensator can be divided into thermal insulation structure and cold insulation structure. The thermal insulation structure is composed of thermal insulation layer and protective layer; the cold insulation structure is composed of cold insulation layer, moisture-proof layer and protective layer. The insulation layer or cold insulation layer plays a key role in maintaining the stable temperature of materials.
The thickness of the protective layer is covered on the outside of the heat insulation board (heat insulation layer or cold insulation layer), which has the effect of regular maintenance and avoiding the damage of heat insulation board caused by air, wind, rain and snow, so as to increase the service life of the heat insulation board, and make the appearance design of the heat insulation structure beautiful and generous. The vapor barrier is the key to keep the cold insulation structure waterproof and moisture-proof.
