Of course, some faults may not be caused by human operation, but how to solve this common fault is also a problem of great concern to all of us.
1. Expansion joint and Rubber flexible joint Compensator Most of them are connected by flange. The sealing parts, flanges, fasteners and other supporting pipe fittings to be used for flange connection must be supplied by the pipe manufacturer's supporting facilities; special electrical equipment, extrusion welding equipment and tools shall be selected for electric melting pipe fitting connection and hot-melt connection;
2. When connecting the expansion joint, it is necessary to clean up the connection parts, seals and other accessories. The steel sleeve, flange, clamp, bolt and other metal products used for sleeve, flange connection and clamp connection shall adopt anti-corrosion measures according to the soil quality on site and relevant specifications;
3. Socket type flexible socket connection should be carried out when the temperature is high on that day. The socket end is not suitable for inserting into the bottom of the socket, and an expansion gap of no less than 10 mm should be reserved. Before inserting, the deep-seated marking should be made on the surface of the socket end; after inserting, the gap around the socket should be uniform and the connected pipe should be straight;
4. Electric fusion connection, hot-melt connection, sleeve expansion joint connection, flange connection and clamp connection shall be carried out when the temperature is low or close to low on the same day; the temperature control and time control of industrial electric furnace during electric fusion connection and hot-melt connection, and the operation of welding equipment during extrusion welding must be carried out in strict accordance with the technical indicators of the joint and the operation procedures of the equipment; there should be a pipe along the joint For smooth and symmetrical outer flanging of pitch circumference, the inner flanging shall be flattened.
5. Flexible connection should be used between the pipeline and the well chamber, and the connection mode should meet the design requirements; if there is no provision in the design scheme, socket pipe connection or intermediate layer method can be used.
6. Technical measures such as concrete buttress or metal hoop tie rod shall be adopted for elbows, tee joints and variable diameters of pipeline system; concrete buttress shall be added at the bottom of fire hydrant and gate valve; more than 3 fixing measures shall be taken for each pipe joint of non locking socket connection pipeline.
7. After the middle line and elevation adjustment of the installed pipeline are qualified, the reasonable support angle of the pipe bottom shall be backfilled with medium coarse sand, and soil or other materials shall not be used.
